Stephenjohn Design have developed and implemented a new project coordination structure, which allows for cross team clarity and coordination, ensuring clients and contractors are never without information needed.
With this new internal project structure, clients can rest assured that their projects are always given appropriate and expected priority. Using a top-down system of coordination ensures that presentations, briefings and problem solving is always the duty of the most competent members of the team, building valuable trust and delivery deadlines on time and within budget.
As part of Stephenjohn Design’s new development plan, this structure is not intended to be rigid and static and will encompass the major part of the new 5 year Development Plan.
